What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the language you chose, when and on which version of this policy you gave consent, and the technical data needed to confirm your email (a hashed confirmation link, the time you confirmed, and when we sent you emails).
We use this only to confirm your address, keep you on the waitlist, and tell you when Kleeway launches. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions.
Who receives your data
Service providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: Supabase (database, Frankfurt), Resend (sending emails, EU), Netlify (hosting), and Network Solutions (email provider) for the mailbox info@kleeway.com.
How long we keep it
Unconfirmed addresses are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until 12 months after Kleeway launches or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@kleeway.com.
